ECom EMap | CMO is a multifunctional operating unit created and develop by Eurocom Telecommunication.
CMO allows communications between heterogeneous networks. Thanks to our device, radio users distributed on a wide are able to communicate using different radio technologies (ex. DMR/GSM, PMR/DMR DMR/TERTA). CMO provides different management services, such as Dispatcher Functions, Radio Localization, GPS navigation and Call Recording. The framework is based on Master - Client architecture, this architecture guarantees maximum expandability of number of Client and future integration of new technologies. The network environment is based on IP technology. It works also on WAN network or generic internet connection. All the radio channel are commutated in VOIP signal and sent from Server to Client and viceversa. This technologies allows flexibility and remote control of the network. On demand are available Network Protocol to create Customized GUI (Graphical User Interface) or web interface.
The main components are:
- E-COM SERVER Software: This administration software allows the management of all supported radio communications through different technologies and media. Moreover, it manages all the headquarter functionalities and keeps record of all communications events.
- E-COM CLIENT Software : Remote Graphical Interface which allows the management of the E-COM server.
- E-MAP CLIENT Software : NAVTEQ™ cartography based software able to radio localize all the devices operating in a specific territory. In order to share the same database (radio id, address, personal data, etc.), this module has to be integrated in E-com Client.
- E-GEA CLIENT Software : This application is a “logbook”. It helps organize and schedule client activity.
- E-VIEW CLIENT Software : Video Surveillance applicative
- E-GEO CLIENT Software : Environmental control software
A mobile client version of the software is available for this Client – Server architecture. Such application, called E-M.O, is available for auto-motive pc car. Upon request, we create ad hoc solutions for our customers.
